Summary

Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, invites applications for a full-time Program Management Associate position within the Physician Assistant Program (PAP) in the School of Health Professions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in advancing data management and reporting initiatives in close collaboration with faculty and administrative staff. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the program’s high standards of excellence and integrity in data stewardship, as well as the vision and adaptability to support ongoing evolution in data analytics, academic medicine, and the healthcare marketplace. The Program Management Associate will report directly to the Program Director of the Physician Assistant Program.

Job Duties

  • Develops evaluation instruments, analyzes data and creates reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Organizes all evaluation and assessment data and maintains updated electronic files for the program.
  • Posts evaluations and survey instruments.
  • Assists with strategic planning initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Monitors compliance with accreditation guidelines; compiles documentation to support compliance and accreditation efforts.
  • Drafts, reviews and updates operations policies and procedures; recommends improvements.
  • Assists with budget development and monitoring, grant submissions, and/or grant pre- and post- award activities.
  • Organizes all evaluation and assessment data and maintains updated electronic files for the program.
  • Develops and utilizes systems for tracking data related to facets of the PA Program.
  • Posts evaluations and survey instruments.
  • Administers and processes databases pertaining to students, courses, rotations, preceptors, and instructors.
  • Administers surveys as required by accreditation standards.
  • Maintains admissions database and reporting.
  • Prepares documents and compiles information for Program meetings.
  • Oversees, in conjunction with the Program Director, the continuous quality improvement process for the PA Program as required by accreditation standards.
  • Generates reports to inform ongoing programmatic improvement.
  • Provides updated data for required annual reports.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge in accurate data collection methods, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of research and reporting methods .
  • Experience in data management for degree-granting programs.
  • 1-2 years of research experience in a relevant field (education, data science, etc.).
  • Experience with learning management systems, evaluation systems, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.

Work Authorization Requirement:
